On April 18th at 4 PM, stroll on over to Barnes & Noble to meet Susi Amendola, a health and wellness expert. She will be singing her new book The Centered Heart: Evidence-Based, Mind-body Practices to Stress Less and Improve Cardiac Health. Grab a signed copy and meet the author of this exciting new nonfiction read.
On April 19th from 8 AM to 10 AM, Mosaic Cafe & Coffee House is hosting Coffee with Cop. Grab your morning beverage of choice and sit down with Asheville Chief of Police Mike Lamb and his team to chat and ask questions.
On April 24th from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, the American Red Cross will set up their Blood Drive bus in Biltmore Park Town Square. Come out to donate blood and help save lives.
