Mosaic Cafe features weekly specials that are always changing. Below are this week's specials:
- Monday (05/13) - Chicken Wrap - sliced grilled chicken, cheddar, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, lettuce and deli dressing wrapped in a tortilla wrap with potato salad
- Tuesday (05/14) - Tuscan Turkey Panini - sliced turkey, pesto, shredded romaine and sun-dried tomato spread on grilled sourdough, served with pasta salad
- Wednesday (05/15) - Antipasto Salad - fresh greens, salami, ham, pepperoncini, olives and a blend of shredded cheeses served with an Italian vinaigrette
- Thursday (05/16) - Roast Beef Panini - sliced marinated roast beef, chopped tomatoes, basil and mozzarella on ciabatta served with chips

Join Neo Burrito for their weekly specials. Every Tuesday after 4 p.m. kids eat free with the purchase of the equivalent adult item. On Wednesdays, purchase a $5.00 wristband and drink to your hearts content! Local craft pints of beer are only 10 cents plus tax. All proceeds go to solar panels. Fridays enjoy $1.00 drafts of local craft beer all day long.
