131 Main Restaurant's Spring Menu is Here. Their delicious additions include:
- Supreme Salad - Sliced Chicken, mixed greens, Napa cabbage, corn, carrots, and sabritas in a ginger vinaigrette and peanut sauce.
- Carolina Crab Dip - Their own recipe. Lump crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Served with homemade crustini.
- Grilled Grouper Sandwich - with iceberg lettuce, pickles, onions aioli and hand cut fries
- Grilled Grouper Entree - simply grilled over hickory wood with quinoa
- Gazpacho - classic presentation, made fresh with tomatoes concassee, peppers, assorted vegetables and spices. Served chilled.
- Cucumber Salad - English cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cilantro and a hint of jalapeno in a rice wine vinegar.
- Peanut Butter Pie - A light blend of peanut butter, cream, creamed cheese, chocolate chunks in a house made graham cracker crust.
