Yin Yoga: Pigeon Series - Inspired Change Yoga

Join Inspired Change Yoga on Friday, February 8th for Yin Yoga: Pigeon Series class.  

This class will focus on hip opening yoga poses designed to open up the connective tissue in the joints between the knees and the navel. The poses are held in mindful stillness for 3-5 minutes thus inviting tight joints to release and healing energy to flow.
